John SYME I and Margaret (nee DANSIE) his wife, executor of John GEDDES Jr.'s Will, Margaret's first husband, vs Edloe MORELOCK & Elizabeth (nee FREEMAN) his wife, adminstratrix of John Jacob Coignan DANSIE's Will, Elizabeth's first husband,
    • Elizabeth FREEMAN first married John Jacob Coignan DANSIE between 1700-1707, and secondly married Edloe MORELOCK. The records of General Court were destroyed, and this information is based on surviving notations of pending cases in 1723. Therefore, the substance of the case is unknown. But since Margaret SYME's maiden surname, DANSIE, is the same as the first husband of Elizabeth MORELOCK, it can be assumed that they were related, and the issue was probably concerning distribution of estates from one or more Wills.
