In 1734, Isaac Jr. sold this land to his brother, Nathaniel WINSTON for £20. At that time, the land was in St. Paul's Parish, Hanover County, VA, and Isaac WINSTON, Jr. was living in St. Martin's Parish, Hanover County, VA. Isaac signed the deed as Jr., evidently to distinguish himself from his uncle. The deed is also signed by his wife, relinquishing her dower rights. The land was adjacent to land owned by Cornelius DABNEY, George VAUGHAN and John WATSON.

- Anthony and William, sons, William DAVIS, son-in-law: 5 shillings each.
