  	Her Will was dated 6 September 1912, and she later revised the Will by signing a Codicil on 16 October 1916. The Will included the following: • To her daughter, $1,000. and all her household furniture. • The remainder of her estate was to be divided equally between her children: Anna Maria, Frank Edward, John Henry, Anna Elizabeth and Louisa Caroline, or their legal heirs (Anna Maria, aka Mary A., had died in 1900 with children). • John Henry's portion was to be held in Trust. Frank Edward was to administer the Trust by investing it, withdrawing amounts to provide John Henry the "necessities of life", and upon John Henry's death, to disperse the Trust equally to John Henry's heirs. It is unknown why Elizabeth thought John Henry wasn't capable of wisely handling his money. The Codicil revising the Will, gave Anna Elizabeth the home in which Elizabeth was living, in lieu of the $1,000. There were no other changes to the original Will.
