  	The birth dates for Mildred Meriwether Garland and Mildred Cochran Garland are in question, as they are reversed between The Cochran(e) Family Bible and The Cochrane Family History Book. Although the order of entry in the Bible indicates Mildred Cochran was born first in 1843, the entry for her death in 1872 at age 27 indicates she was born in 1845. Also, the year for Mildred Meriwether was changed at a later date in the Bible to 1845, and the Bible entry for Mildred Meriwether's death (1844) is before the changed entry for her birth. I am using the birth dates in The Cochrane Family History Book for both Mildred's as they make more sense, until I find other conflicting evidence. - W. Winston Cochrane IV
