    • Married sometime between the date when the will of Edward GOLDMAN, Martha's first husband, was proven, and the date of Martha's court suit, as Martha WINSTON. - W. Winston COCHRANE IV, 2014

    Court Case:
    • Edward GOULDMAN's will required his brother, Francis GOULDMAN, to provide Martha with financial support for her three children, which Francis had not done. The court decreed that her former brother-in-law pay her and her current husband, William WINSTON II, the money due plus 13,241 pounds of tobacco.

    Will:
    • They returned an estate inventory and appraisement to the court on 8 Jul 1714.
