DOUGHTY OAKS, with the remainder of his possessions to his second wife, Celia IVANS DOUGHTY. After his wife's death, he wanted (1) his land to be divided equally between two daughters, Sarah E. DOUGHTY and Elizabeth M. DOUGHTY, (2) "a large bed and stead that stands now under my clock, also my small Bible" to Elizabeth M. DOUGHTY, (3) "one bed and bed stead, one cow and the loom with all the materials that belong to same" to Sarah E. DOUGHTY, and (3) all proceeds from the sale of his remaining personal property, after paying debts and funeral expenses, be divided equally between two daughters, Nancy M. DOUGHTY OAKS and Martha J.
