  Land: One part was conveyed by deed from John RUSSELL, Sr. to his son, Vincent, on 19 October 1824, and two parts were conveyed by deed from Isaac RUSSELL to his brother, Vincent, in 1830 and 1838. After selling this land, their family then moved to Atchison County, MO. Residence: Their Missouri farm was valued at $3,200 in the 1850 Census. They were the first of the Russell family to move from Lee County, Virginia to Missouri in 1849 or 1850. His Missouri farm was valued at $10,000, and personal estate at $365, in the 1860 Census.
